Application

No action is required on the concrete surface before PROCURE SB12 is applied. The application is made after the application of concrete and surface hardener, when the concrete surface has set enough to not be damaged – after the concrete surface water has evaporated, immediately after the removal of the molds, before the formation of the joints. In brush or roller applications, the concrete must set sufficiently in order not to damage the concrete surface. In spray applications, the material is sprayed on the surface in a thin layer of equal thickness. The material should be shaken well before use.

The drying time of the material after the curing application is 1-2 hours at 20o C. (ASTM C309) In later applications to be made on the cured concrete, the concrete surface should be cleaned of the curing agent. The material can be applied on old concrete as a performance enhancer.

Safety and Security

The material should not come into contact with the skin and eyes, and in case of contact, it should be washed with plenty of water. Gloves should be used during use.

Packaging and Storage
